The winning entry this week goes to Mindy (Bada-Bing! Papercrafting)! I loved the colours, the pom pom trim, the frame, the letters, everything!
The honourable mention this week goes to Erica (Pink Buckaroo Designs). The crumpled paper ribbon is wonderful and the scalloped flower is fab too!
